DES supports the customer in the implementation of new test procedures on components and in the validation of new methods of production and control.
The customer is supported in all phases of the development of the order: from the identification of the problem, to the consultancy during the development and design of the proposed solution, to the training of personnel, to the after-sales service.
Preliminary tests: they are necessary to identify the problem and the most appropriate type of intervention for the specific application. DES laboratories are suitably equipped to carry out tests on components of various shapes and different materials.
Feasibility studies: through the analysis of the results, the most suitable control procedures are determined to meet the specific needs of the customer.
NDT Service: inspection activities, also in situ, performed with the different methods of non-destructive testing (VT; PT; MT; UT; IT; ES), identified according to the customer’s needs. The operations are performed by operators II and III level CND UNI EN ISO 9712.
Consultancy/support in the Research and Development sector: DES makes available the significant experience of its engineering staff to offer specific consultancy in non-destructive testing and for the implementation of customized systems.
Training: DES provides training courses with teachers certified level III CND UNI EN ISO 9712. The courses allow access to the examination for the certification for non-destructive testing.
